- KSKarin SJul 15, 20251.0My 84 year old mother was scammed. I went into the Lonetree branch and spoke with the branch manager Sharon Mouton. At first she was really nice and seemed to want to help. Once we left everything changed. She wouldn’t return calls. I had email copious amounts of proof via email and nothing. I spoke with her multiple times and now it’s been weeks. She needs classes in customer service! She shouldn’t be allowed in this position. Shame on you Sharon! I hope your mom doesn’t get treated this way.

Unfortunately, I did not have all the needed details. Went in today to Lonetree branch (with the proper information) and had another great experience. I know people usually post to complain..this is just to say thanks! All the folks that I worked within the last two days were fantastic.
