When I walked into the bank today they were chatting, but said I would need to make an appointment because they were just too busy. My question took about three minutes to answer. I talked to the branch on Bellview (Isaiah ) who took time and was incredibly helpful.

Other bankers have been very dismissive and it is appreciated. It’s a lot of statements and other bankers have not followed through to help me. So thank you Kyle.

But I signed the check in front of two tellers who assured me the funds would be available next day. Only to receive a message they would hold funds for 11 days. I called only to be told there was NOTHING they could do besides hold my money for 11 days. Enough to make a customer of 24 years look for another bank.
