- CCCraig Combs5 days ago1.0Setup an account months ago. Never received a debit card. After calling they wanted me to go back in to get a debit card. Closed the account and had to call 5 times due to the incompetence of your staff. Never again!

Finally when a manager got in contact with me he said I was right there was a mistake but because it happen more then 3 months ago, we can't do nothing about it. I bring a loyal customer since first union but this bank is the worst I enter experience. Liar, scammers and disrespectful. Taking my money and business done were better.
