Still in a daze when I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth and guided through the canceling of my debit card and getting much needed cash. I felt cared for at a vulnerable time and can’t say enough about these two men. Thank you!!
- TUTammy UlibarriFeb 21, 20251.0I had a stroke which landed me in the hospital for 11mo. Which led to my account going into the red. I came in to satisfy my account as I had a great relationship with key bank and wanted to reestablish. The check which I was satisfying the account was certified fund written to my business for which I had at Key bank as well. No one there new what to do and was told the person who could help me would be there at 1 and get back with me. Which no one has 24hrs later. Well I tried. Found a new bank and will not be returning.
- ZZZZZzzzMar 26, 20241.0ATM worked... ATM fee was robbery... Of course it is presented as a choice...but that is still no excuse for over charging to obtain cash. Maybe we need an app like Gasbuddy for ATMs so you can know the fees before driving there.

Chris Kirchner was supposed to call me back with an update and never did. Called back two days later and was told I'd have to wait until Chris got in the next day. Spoke with manager Alex Ott and explained my situation and how my family did not even have money to eat or for gas due to their error and he laughed at me. This was by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful behavior I have ever encountered in my life and the way I was treated is completely unacceptable. What a joke. They do not care about their customers at all.
