  Showed up 2 minutes till 5 door unlocked. Walked in and Was told that there system was already shut down. Why say your open till 5 when obviously your not. So sick of this bank. BMO here i come.

  DO NOT join this bank if you plan on moving out of state. It has been incredibly difficult to get funds moved around to buy my home, AND ridiculously hard to get funds transferred from bank to new bank without being in person to do so. At this point, we have been fighting to get MY MONEY out of their bank, jumping through ridiculous hoops, for well over a month. We attempted to make it work with them after they were difficult through our home buying process a couple of years ago, but since that moment, they have been seriously unhelpful. I have switched banks previous to this with NOT A SINGLE one of these same issues this bank has, incredibly inefficient. Staff very uncooperative, and not willing to help clients find answers if they do not know the answer off the top of their head. Things only get done when a bad review is left. Only use this bank if you plan to live in a state with this bank present - and even then, staff is either unhelpful and/or improperly trained.

  I’ve been with Key Bank, this branch specifically for 6 years. The branch Manager Jean, doesn’t seem to follow through after any discussions I’ve had with her regarding my account. She doesn’t return phone calls. Nor responds to emails. There’s a complete lack of credibility, as they often don’t have answers, nor are they educated enough to adequately help ALL customers that walk through the door. I’d always get told “let me look into that”, and then I’d never hear from the staff again. I’m closing the 3 accounts I have with Key, all because of the incompetence that has come from Jean Nelson and her branch over the passed several years.

  My banking experience with the Ken Caryl Branch of Key Bank has been the best I have ever had. Everyone that I have come into contact with have been there to help, not just do their job, but really have wanted to help. Starting my new business, struggling through the cashflow woes of the first year, has been greatly supported by their willingness to understand and assist as much as they can. Many thanks to Jean, Gerard, Kayla, Jenn and the rest of the crew there!
