- DDDrahcirDec 8, 20221.0It would be impossible to dislike Keybank and their unhelpful staff anymore than I do now. I opened up a checking and savings account under a promotion that I would receive a bonus deposit of $300 if I was able to deposit $1000 into my checking account. Once I did this, I kept wondering when that money would hit. I was told 2 months, 3 months, then I was told "it might just take a while longer" all by different employees. Well it's been almost 9 months now and I have since moved my money elsewhere. That $300 never came and I just got notice they closed my account. Do yourself a huge favor and find a credit union to keep your money in. What a huge waste of my time and effort but thankfully I never fully committed to Keybank to keep my money.
