I have never had to give this info to any customer service rep period!!! I hung up on them! Trying to make a credit card payment to Ent has been an ongoing hassle for me!! Despite my clear request to lock in my interest rate, he neglected to do so, leading to a significantly higher rate than I was prepared for. This feels not only like a major oversight but also a deceptive practice that has cost me dearly. I trusted him to guide me through this critical process, and his lack of action has put me in a difficult financial position. I cannot recommend ENT and Justin Clark’s services, as this level of negligence is unacceptable in the mortgage industry. Proceed with caution if you choose to work with him. Update: two weeks have passed since writing my initial review with no correspondence from management. In my experience, this illustrates ENTs reluctance to morally stand behind their actions, promises etc. Be wary as you work with this financial institution.
