    Don’t waste your time with this bank. I stopped in because they’re local and claim to specialize in business banking. I met with a banker and explained upfront that my 2024 business tax return was on extension. They said that wasn’t an issue and just requested a few documents so they could evaluate everything before running my credit. I provided everything they asked for. After reviewing the documents, the underwriters gave the green light—said everything looked good and they just needed to pull my credit. Then suddenly, the story changes: now the lack of 2024 tax returns is a problem. I was transparent from the start and did everything to avoid surprises. But apparently, their idea of “business banking” doesn’t include understanding common business practices like tax extensions. Total waste of time.

    Do not do business on your Mortgage or Heloc with Rob Kingsbury or BOK financial. They made me pay $70 after only owing $1. Tried to pay for 60 days and was finally told, "Well, you can't pay off your balance online." Reported me late on my credit for $1. Go ANYWHERE but BOK.

    I have dealt with the Highlands Ranch branch of what was originally Colorado State Bank and Trust, and is now BOK Financial, for approximately two decades. They have handled both our personal, as well as our business banking accounts throughout this time period. They have proven throughout the years to be trusted partners that we have relied on countless times. I highly recommend this branch.
