    Don’t waste your time with this bank. I stopped in because they’re local and claim to specialize in business banking. I met with a banker and explained upfront that my 2024 business tax return was on extension. They said that wasn’t an issue and just requested a few documents so they could evaluate everything before running my credit. I provided everything they asked for. After reviewing the documents, the underwriters gave the green light—said everything looked good and they just needed to pull my credit. Then suddenly, the story changes: now the lack of 2024 tax returns is a problem. I was transparent from the start and did everything to avoid surprises. But apparently, their idea of “business banking” doesn’t include understanding common business practices like tax extensions. Total waste of time.

    Bobby is Great and so if everyone at the Bank. I am an international student and i was able to get my first bank account in US very quickly and easily. Very professional people. Thank you for the great service.

    Customer service is the worst. Non existent! This bank should be put out of business along with those who run it, there needs to be an example for others as a reminder of how not to treat your customers. Shutting down my account this week.
