- ALAlan LawsonOct 20, 20251.0This is the only Wells Fargo branch I've ever visited where I told that I would need to make an appointment to speak with someone about my account. I arrived at this branch at around 11:00 am on a weekday. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I could either make an appointment for a later day or have a seat an wait. If someone becomes available, they would speak with me. After 45 minutes I left.

I like this bank more than any others I tried in the past. I plan on staying at this particular bank, and if I ever move I know I can find a WF bank anywhere!
