- TPTerry PfalzyJan 3, 20261.0I deposited a check from my work and it said it cleared the next day. 4 days later as of today you guys put a hold on my check and said it didn't clear. I came into this location to see if they could clear this matter up. They said they were not allowed to call the other bank and verify the funds. Now I'm negative 600 dallors in my account and they said they can fix it till the 12 of January. This is called fraud and negligence of a customers money. I now will be suing Wells Fargo and this branch for not even wanting to help me.

She spent two hours working through several accounts and found great solutions. The manager of the branch and Kacey were outstanding! Customer service at the highest level. Deeply care about the customer and go way above and beyond at this branch. Thanks, Bob
