They don't give you your debit card like most banks do when you start with them they mail them okay. Been 2 weeks and still didn't get them called them mutiplie times were not helpful made me think I was impatient. Instead of reality not taking that long they said 5-9 business days. Well wouldn't recommend anyone banking here I no longer will.
