    Came to this MoneyTree location to cash a check, the tellers name was Liz she was the only teller there I believe as I didn't see any other teller, anyways she refused to cash money orders from the customer before me as well as refused to cash the check from me. She glanced at it and said we don't cash these kinds of checks I was like ok and before I could even gather my stuff and leave from the window she called the next customer up. Rude and tacky for sure! Hey branch manager and district manager better put a little more thought and effort into who you're hiring because all the tellers that you have working there with the exception of 2 don't know what they're doing are rude as hell and have no class!!!

    Son malos atendiedo y son tal lentos y en ves de atender ala gente andan asiendo otras cosas tengo mucho tiempo cambiando cheques y esto nunca avía estado tan lento no hay quien atienda

    I always had good customer service at Money Tree in Westminster and Lakewood. But lately it has changed. These young Hispanic workers are rude and unhelpful. I took out a loan and she didn't give me a receipt at all. They are now doing everything online. But she didnt give me any information and no account number or instruction on how to download my loan agreement. She was the only worker and had a long line of people waiting.

    Vincent was so friendly and helpful. 10 star service. Highly recommend working with this location for check cashing needs. Update 9-12 Vicente was incredible as well helped my partner with a loan. 10 star service!
