They did not red flag these huge transfers or contact him. They admit it was their fault, transfer funds back into his account and then continue to hold these funds. When he tried to close the account and remove the money to another bank they will not let him. Beware!!

This branch is where I have banked for almost 25 years ( October it will be 25 years) they have always been friendly and helpful. In fact today Deonte went above and beyond for me. He was awesome as are all the people I have dealt with in all the years I have been going in there.
