The past two months, I’ve handed them checks, they’ve run them through the reader, checked the math themselves, and then somehow they give me a receipt for more money than the total of the checks… I get it happening one time but consistently is a huge issue. If you decide to bank here, I would highly recommend double and triple checking everything because you’re bound to have issues if you don’t.
- JLJason LealMar 8, 20221.0Been a long time member for eight plus years at this Bank never had any issues with cashing my checks came today the girl here at the Union station office the older lady refused to cash my check telling me she wanted to put a 7-Day hold on it never had this experience horrible experience felt like she was being racially bias. I've been coming here for 8 years when Susie was here it was great never had any issues now all the sudden I can't cash my checks without a 7-Day hold and it was told to me in a very disrespectful manner talked down on I am closing my account today and I am moving to another bank I hope somebody and corporate sees this and knows what this office is turning into . Will close account and change banks. We will miss you Susie great banker. Older lady now very bias and non-PROFEssianal
