- MWMichelle WhiteNov 10, 20251.0Had an appointment at 1 pm to open a new business account. (I have several accounts already including other business). After siting with them for 40 minutes, I needed one more document, I went to get it got back at 2 to see both bankers who were helping me go to their lunch break. The teller tells me to have a seat and someone else will be with me. I told them 3 times throughout the next hour if they just wanted me to schedule a time back, I did not want to wait her entire lunch break. Each time they said it would be 5 minutes. They made me wait the entire hour for her to get back from her lunch, then when I was telling her about it, Collin came back and told me that he was busy doing things in the back which is why he didn’t come out. I told him even then all I was asking for was communication. I would have liked to eat lunch too. But instead they held me hostage for an hour. Needless to say I will be closing All my accounts, not that they care but this location has terrible customer service. Another woman was there to close on her house with a 3 o’clock appointment and they told her in front of me that Her banker just went to lunch so she had to wait an hour too.
- MHMatthew HarkenOct 14, 20251.0Bellco allowed fraudulent charges toy account allowing my account to go negative and charged me overdraft fees now that they stole money from me and I got the initial sum back they will not give me the money from the overdraft fees back. I call that theft. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Due to an error on Bellco’s end, they mistakenly qualified me for their promo rate, the day of final loan approval (same day I’m to schedule closing) they let me know their was a mistake & I needed to pay $625 for an appraisal to get the promo rate. I provided a recent BPO with photos & value well above what was needed but they wouldn’t accept it. They do not make any exceptions & refuse to make things right. They literally offered me nothing for their mess up. Not the kind of customer service I value and appreciate.
