- JSJim SDec 15, 20251.0I recently made a large cash withdrawal from this location. The teller asked if it was ok to use the cash counting machine instead of a hand count and I agreed. Unfortunately, I discovered later that day that I was missing $100 from that transaction. I will not allow machine counting again and will require a hand count regardless of the withdrawal amount. This is another bad experience for me with Wells Fargo - I've never been shorted by any of my other banks over the last 50+ years.
- LVLisa V.Oct 1, 20221.0Ridiculous this location was closed on Saturday and the first of the month when people need to deposit checks because their online deposit limit is too low. I had to drive to lone tree to deposit where the management there had drive thru closed. Inside there was about 20 people in line.

They are having everyone go through the drive thru lanes, but yet they take forever just to do one transaction. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue but I hope they can get it figured out soon because I'm sure it will make both their lives and out lives as customers easier. If you can, I'd suggest going to another location because all of their drive thru lanes seem to be faster/you can go inside if you're really in a hurry.
