I came in a couple of weeks ago to cash a money order that I had written for a bill but ended up not needing after 10 minutes of them running the check machine they tried to make me sign the money order when that wouldn't work they told me that they wouldn't be able to help me and told me to go back to the issuer to get it re-issued which isn't an option. After banking here for 15 years, the way I was treated makes me want to close my account

Dylan, the customer service rep, refused to correct a bank error on an account and told us we have to close the account and open their new account with higher fees. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and wells only wants to increase their fee income rather than correcting their mistake. Dylan also refused us the opportunity to speak with someone else and make a formal complaint so that he could hide the fact that he’s trying to pad his monthly numbers.
