I came in a couple of weeks ago to cash a money order that I had written for a bill but ended up not needing after 10 minutes of them running the check machine they tried to make me sign the money order when that wouldn't work they told me that they wouldn't be able to help me and told me to go back to the issuer to get it re-issued which isn't an option. After banking here for 15 years, the way I was treated makes me want to close my account
