- CCCryptoSep 3, 20251.0This is the legit most incompetent branch of any bank that I’ve ever been to. There is never anyone in the lobby. Their ATM is broken every other day and their staff has absolutely no idea how to use their system. This video is from 10am on a Wednesday.
- LCLoves COMar 5, 20251.01 star is too many for this Key Bank branch. I have been a customer for at least ten years. I went in to close my account and safe deposit box The young man with dark brown hair didn't ask why i was closing the acocunt or if there was anything he could do. When I closed the safe deposit box and gave him the keys he took them. I asked for a receipt since I was due a credit and he said I didn't need one but, upon my pressing, he relented and asked if a copy of the initial paperwork would do. I called today and spoke with Ezra, the manager. I shared the story, asked when i would receive the credit and how much it would be. He said, maybe six to eight weeks...he didn't know how much the credit would be and didn't seem interested, or able to find out. There is a great Chase Bank in the same parking lot and an ENT Credit Union just north of this shopping center. I highly suggest you explore one of these financial institutions. From my personal experience, the level of customer service at either of these banks are miles above Key Bank.
