After two minutes A banker came out didn't introduce herself (Molly) first words to my wife and I were "are you the buyer or seller"? We responded "buyer" she very rudely said "is the buyer coming?" Yes was our answer to which she said "they better show up, I shouldn't even begin without them present". The rest of the experience felt like we were just an annoyance to her. Than at the end the Buyer asked her "is there anything else for me to do?" She said, "well you want a check don't you?" We have been with ENT for years and just like that we regret using them and will likely not do so again.
