- TTTracy TorpyAug 11, 20255.0Today, I was greeted by James Mirza at the Highlands Ranch location. What an absolute breath of fresh air James is! Not only is he polite, friendly and energetic; he is also extremely knowledgeable with the Bellco online platform. For the last several years, I have periodically asked if any Bellco staff knows why my Bellco app refuses to grant me access to process a remote deposit. Going into the branch is not the most convenient method but I do it every single month. This afternoon, I mentioned in passing that I always have to come into the branch to deposit checks. Without hesitation, James confidently stated the reason is because I don’t have the newest “Membership Account Type.” He updated my account type and told me the remote deposit option should show up after 30 days. James just made all Bellco online options available to me at the press of a finger and I couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks James!

She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. I felt very well taken care of, and her attentiveness made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. The bank itself is clean and modern, but there were a couple of things that stood out to me. One issue I had was with the layout of the rooms on the left side of the branch—they're wide open, which doesn't offer much privacy. I could easily overhear a lot of personal information from other customers, which made me uncomfortable. It would be great if they could create more private spaces for these interactions. Another minor inconvenience was that my teller didn't have a printer at their station. This is something I've seen at most other banks, where tellers typically have a printer right at their desk for convenience. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did cause a slight delay in my transaction. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return, especially because of how great Annie was. Just a couple of small things I'd suggest improving for better privacy and convenience.

As a long time member the folks in the Littleton branch did an amazing job helping me navigate complicated bank account issues relating to my father's passing, helped me set up my teenage son's first checking account, and have been extremely accommodating in working with my wife + myself for all things relating to personal and business banking needs. NOW, we still get to have all those wonderful services less than a mile away from our home and I couldn't be happier. By the way, love the design on the new building. Beautiful, bright, and modern. Keep up the good work!
