She seems to be ashamed of her own race, I went there to make a money transfer and she didn’t want to help, she made me repeat myself many times and her translate skills are poor. She looks down on Hispanic people and I’m not the only one who gets bad treatment from her, my friends and some of my family members have also received the same kind treatment.

Two additional customers have already walked out. There was another lady just walking around but then she disappeared. If I would treat my patients like they treat their customers, I would be fired! Ryan, you were awesome, so thank you! The rest of you working today should be fired! Completely unprofessional - definitely in need of some customer service training at this branch!
