I started working with Lisa Trujillo and her team before the merger with SouthState Bank, and I'm happy to report that they are providing the same great service with even more banking products than before. Just to highlight their "going beyond" attitude, I recently accidentally transferred too little into my payroll account. Rather than doing an overdraft and charging me a fee, they called me on the phone to let me know the issue, and I was able to fix the transfer right then and avoid any penalties (or, worse, upset employees!) If you're looking for a bank that is actually looking out for you, I'd definitely recommend taking your business to this branch of SouthState.
