    My apartment complex had auto paid my account and when I went to manually pay it, noticed that I had been charged twice resulting in my account being way into the negatives. It had been a very stressful 48 hours but I was helped by Caitlin and an associate to straighten out the pending charge. They lifted a heavy weight and resolved quickly, they're amazing!!

    Several months ago I went to key bank to withdrawal $5,000 cash from my account. Key bank said they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have that much cash and I needed to give them a 24 hour advance notice to withdrawal. If I can’t get cash out of my account when I need it then the bank is worthless. So I closed my account. Then a few months later I start getting collection notices from Key bank and threatening letters saying I’m going to be banned from US banking system. Come to find out that key bank re-opened my account and deposited 5 cents into the account and then charged maintenance fees for an account that was closed. Then the charged me overdraft fees for the maintenance fees. This whole ordeal cost me time and money just because I closed my account at Key Bank. No one should have to be harassed and extorted by a bank the way Key Bank has done.

    Worst experience of my life I literally deposited a check where the money Is there My daughter’s birthday is coming up soon I needed the check for gas, money, and bills and they put my check on hold when I needed to survive. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then I was told the manager won’t be there till Monday When does accountability become a factor?

    This bank location is soo slow! Most visits you wait 15-20 minutes before you get a teller. With 3 tellers it shouldn’t be this bad.
