I've been banking with them for almost 40 years and they use to be good, but that is soon to end. Trillions of dollars are wired every single day and this simple minded organization can't handle a simple wire transfer and can't explain why it won't go through. You're better off putting your money in your mattress as it will be more secure and obviously better customer service. They should spend more time on improving their customer service skills and not wasting money sponsoring the Colorado Home and Garden Show.
