- MGmichael groundsJun 12, 20251.0The manager at this branch, as well as the banker on duty, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over a decade and they were unwilling to allow my daughter to get a document notarized for my benefit because she didn’t have an account. They offered no apologies and didn’t care if I move my money to a different bank. Professionalism doesn’t seem to be a requirement for Wells Fargo employees. Someone needs to teach these two employees about customer service and how to treat their customers with respect.

They try to use their ingenious friendly greeters and tellers to make you think you're important...it's the fakest atmosphere I've ever experienced. I advise you to bank with a small, locally owned bank.
