- TTThomas TrujilloOct 28, 20251.0Terrible customer service, went in for a replacement card and the teller looked at me like I was stupid and told me to go on the app and do it, treated me like I was a waste of her time even though the bank was completely empty,not a single person at the counter, if you don't want to do your job find a new one, I have been a customer for 14 years and that ends today.
