I made an appointment to open a new business account, got to my appointment 15 minutes earlier, waited for an hour to get an account open, meanwhile the representative called 4 different people over the phone as she had multiple questions on how to open an account. 🤨 I have gone to the new branch in Downtown Greeley and the one on 35th Ave and 10th St and the service was nothing but stellar. Horrible experience, will NOT go inside the branch again and waste my time.

Whenever you are dealing with financial stuff, ask lots of questions and don't leave or signup for something you don't understand. They are always helpful. And I like the building and design of this branch.
