My wife and have been customers of theirs for over 20 years. We are on a mission to no longer do business with them. Unbelievably worst financial instituion that has ever existed. They lie, their staff is incompetent, the management lie to your face, they find ways to make sure you pay more intrest than you should. Their website and mobile app doesn't work most of the time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!!!!!!

The staff at the Greeley branch are very helpful and responsive to my financial needs. I was having an issue with mobile deposit and Julie was able to correct the problem right away.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience After 10 Years as a Member
I was a loyal member of Credit Union of Colorado for over 10 years and never had issues until the COVID period, when I unexpectedly lost my job. During that difficult time, my account went negative for a few months, but I paid everything in full once I got back on my feet.
Fast-forward almost three years later — I expected my situation to be fully cleared in their system, but unfortunately that has not been the case. When I contacted the credit union for help, I was met with dismissive service and a lack of willingness to resolve the matter. Instead of support or understanding, I was repeatedly told it was “my problem” and that I would continue to deal with the consequences until their system eventually updates on its own.
I simply requested written confirmation that my balance was paid in full for my records, and instead I experienced unprofessional communication, including being hung up on multiple times while trying to explain my situation.
After a decade of membership, I expected fairness, professionalism, and respect especially after overcoming a difficult financial time and making things right. Sadly, that was not my experience.
I hope the credit union improves its customer service and offers more compassion and support to long-term members facing temporary hardships in the future.
