Her debit card was compromised and she experienced numerous fraudulent charges. I obtained POA but am remote to Denver, where she lives, so getting access to her account to assist her has been challenging, I've spent over a weeks time calling and chatting with representatives at corporate and making little progress. Debbie not only got me access to her account but went well past our scheduled time to help me process claims against the fraudulent charges. This is the best experience I have had with a Wells Fargo branch (or any bank) in my 35 years as a customer. Thank you both!!
