Her debit card was compromised and she experienced numerous fraudulent charges. I obtained POA but am remote to Denver, where she lives, so getting access to her account to assist her has been challenging, I've spent over a weeks time calling and chatting with representatives at corporate and making little progress. Debbie not only got me access to her account but went well past our scheduled time to help me process claims against the fraudulent charges. This is the best experience I have had with a Wells Fargo branch (or any bank) in my 35 years as a customer. Thank you both!!

I had several things going wrong with my account and they told me they couldn't help me. I went to another wells Fargo a few miles away and they took care of me. Very lazy and rude people here. All they did was argue with me. I will be switching banks because wells Fargo is TERRIBLE!!
