My experience with Vectra Bank and their employees has been better than any other banking experience in the past. No one has ever been rude or having a bad day and taking it out on me at Vectra Bank. You are not just a number at this bank, they all know me by first name along with our dog. We have to bring our dog in ever so often for them to all pet him and give him his treats, at their request. Vectra Bank is like walking into my own home, they all make you feel welcome.
