Trying to pay my loan over the phone was so difficult, lots of transfers, you often have to leave a message with a false promise of a return call. Very rude agents and if they thought you might be on a car phone they would hang up and refuse to speak to you. I was not on a car phone
- OBO BlairMar 21, 20161.0I was just there today at the Grand Junction location, one of the bankers, I believe she was a banker was extremely rude, made me feel stupid all she kept saying was No I can't do it or if I was you I'd go and refinance your car through another bank. Can't believe there is people like her. She shouldn't be working there, awful service I hope I can switch banks so I don't have to deal with Bellco ever again!
