    Should just close this branch, ATM never works right. It's either out of cash or out of service. This branch isn't open on the weekends and has no open drive through.

    I love how close the Golden, Co location is. It is very close to where I live and grew up, but your ATM machine sucks. I run my own business by myself and your closed every Saturday and Sunday. When I make an ATM deposit to my business bank account it will not take the full cash deposit in one transaction. I have to feed the ATM with several bills about 3-4 times and receive 3-4 receipts. When I have to deposit checks, heaven forbid, that I need to deposit them and there is more than 4 checks to deposit to my business account and the ATM machine then spits them out if there is more than 4 of those checks, making me do multiple transactions and deposits. This needs to be fixed if you can't be opened on the weekends and certain holidays and 3-4 day weekends for other holidays. I will not use the app as everything people do requires an app in this day and economy. Just like you and your employees, I have a life that isn't constantly attached to my cell phone and computer. Please fix the ATM or be open on Saturdays!!!!!!!! It never has enough cash inside because of too many tourists and not one of them making deposits. I'm putting in upwards of $200-$400 in cash. $1.00's, $5.00's, $10.00s, $20.00's and the occasional $50.00's and $100.00's bills. If you kept up with this ATM machine you would know that. I'm open more than you and work alone and see 150 people every four and a half days. When I have the time for deposits it's mainly going to the ATM machine and doing multiple (B.S.) transactions and deposits. Also, the managers seem to refuse to do any real work and just stand around doing nothing. The drive through has not been in operation since before COVID shutdown. I have made my point very loud and clear. And thank you for reading a natives and locals complaints. NO MORE EXCUSES. Fix this location!!!!!!!!!!! I'm the customer. Not the owner, CEO or manager. You need to fix this not me.

    I have banked with Wells Fargo for 20 years. They are always helpful and friendly. I have never once had a bad experience

    Do not answer the phone, always understaffed, and rarely have anyone available to meet for banker services.
