We tried in vain to close our bank account and we were told we couldn't close it because of pending withdrawals (yes because our account was hacked). So now we have been charged over $500 in NSF fees for a $5.03 charge to the account. They have stolen our money. Do not bank here. First Bank was amazing they shut our account down immediately and never gave us any problems. In fact First Bank when they got a deposit from one of our 3rd party providers, they called us and transferred the funds to one of our other accounts at the bank. What great customer service, unlike Citywide. DON"T BANK HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
