- AIAE IDAug 29, 20251.0I can't figure out if this is credit union or a collection agency. I thought credit unions were supposed to be there for their members. I have had an account with CUofCO for over 15 years. Then had some fraudulent charges go against my account. Told them it wasn't me and they had me sign chargeback/fraud account paperwork and then told that their investigation should find that all the charges/related overdraw fees would get reversed. Two weeks later, I got a pretty rude call from a a member solutions rep named Mark who demanded when I would pay the related overdraft/account overdraw fees/balances. I told him what him what was going on and was promptly ignored and then demanded again when I would pay the fees/balances. Told him to look at my account again for why there is an issue with what he wanted and then he rudely stated/asked that they knew which place employed me, what my phone number was, and so forth like they were going to send me to collections.

- LHLuke HillApr 8, 20111.0They really don't answer the phone. Been trying to call and close my account as they still send snail mail to old address. Snail mail?! come on its 2011 we have email now. Was disappointed with the debit cards offered by this institution. Debit cards offered by this institution don't won't work as debit at many popular places (such as Home Depot) and they will have to be run as credit (no pin # rewards or the ability to get cash back). Bring your money somewhere else.
