- BMBecca MecklenburgMay 14, 20241.0I needed to simply have a one page document notarized. I waited in line for over 10 minutes to speak with the only teller and employee visible in the entire facility. There was literally no one at any desks. I saw two people in line leave out of frustration. While waiting, I saw another employee enter the lobby, quickly walk into her cubicle to retrieve something in a drawer, glanced at the waiting line, and then turned and quickly left the building. After I finally spoke with the teller, he found a woman behind a closed door to help me. She vaguely said "Can you come back sometime later in the day tomorrow?" Wow. I am rarely someone to complain, let alone take the time to post a negative review. Wells Fargo has lost me as a customer. I advise people use a different bank in town if they want to actually be able to use the bank services.

- DDDropzOct 8, 20201.0Banked here with my business for over 3 years. The service varies to where you go. This location has a friendly manager, However the rest of the staff is utterly dissapointing. Im supposed to have overdraft protection on my account and i just got hit for over 300$ in overdraft. All the employees want to do is send you to the automated system. Cut my cards up today. I will be in tomorrow to take my business elsewhere. LAST TIME I USE WELLS FARGO. ** the next day Im especially disapointed in the staff here. Within 3 minutes if walking into the store to address this issue I was suggested the "1-800" number TWO TIMES IN 3 MINUTES.
