This branch is useless — no one knows how to handle wire transfers, setting up a fob is a nightmare, and the ATMs are always down (3 machines, none working - for months, if not years). No drive-thru open ever as well. As a small business owner, this is BEYOND frustrating. Get it together.

Unfortunately, the current staffing levels are not meeting the demand. The extended wait times are not only inconvenient but also reflect poorly on the bank’s commitment to customer care. I strongly urge Wells Fargo to prioritize hiring additional frontline staff and ensuring that employees are scheduled for enough hours to properly serve customers. Investing in your team at the branch level will directly improve the customer experience and demonstrate that Wells Fargo values the communities it serves.
