That being said, I witnessed a very upsetting display of unprofessionalism from two women who work in the front office of this establishment while I was sitting in the office complex lobby. The front entrance is taped off to entry due to concrete work this week, and there are signs showing how to go around for building entry. Two people had gone around the caution tape and were trying to enter through the front door, which was locked. The two women from Edward Jones came out into lobby and started yelling at the two outside, loudly calling them inappropriate names and going on about how they were so stupid. Finally the two people outside saw the signs and walked around, but the two Edward Jones ladies continued to loudly talk unprofessionally right in front of me. They turned and said to me "they probably ruined our new concrete. It's only 24 hours old" to which I said "I've poured tons of it, a few steps on it now isn't going to ruin it. But you certainly ruined my chance of ever visiting your Edward Jones branch." They made a face and left to their glass walled office, continuing to talk loudly and justify their behavior to me one another. Both of these women have left a long lasting impression.
