In branch folks are the best and they truly feel like family. Days like this when online and the app is down and I need to hit the store and cant access my money THAT IS FRUSTRATING! 😡

I am so happy with this bank. We used to bank with a large one (I won’t name names, but it rhymes with bells cargo) and got tired of being constantly abused (not by the local folks, but any interaction with the larger corporation). Alpine has been so friendly and helpful! They respond quickly and treat me well! I probably should not be surprised by this, but I just kind of came to expect to be bullied by my bank. The staff are so friendly. They fix things (usually my mistake) so efficiently and are wonderful throughout.
Okay, the website isn’t perfect. But it is so worth it for a better banking experience.

Excellent service inside and out as well as by phone. Have had to call a few times for assistance and they are very nice, conveniently located, and helpful at the branches and their customer phone line. Definitely one of the better options for a loan/savings/checking account on the Western Slope.

Closed my account today. After enrolling for online paperless banking, I suddenly began recieving paper statements with a $9 per month service charge. When I complained, the teller at first said they would refund the money, then another lady came over and stopped her, claiming it was my fault for not signing in to the online banking site frequently enough. I asked to close my account and they obliged, but did not refund the money they stole. Much worse, they did nothing to verify that I was who I said I was... no one asked for any form of identification. They just took the fact that I possesed a bank statement at face value. When I pointed this out to the second lady, she dissembled, claiming no one would come in complaining about a $9 charge if it wasn't their account. I could have been a con artist who stole someone's mail, for all they knew, and all this woman could do was stutter excuses. This shows a very alarming lack of security, and poor customer service. I would advise against using this bank.
