- MMMitchell Myler4 days ago1.0I walked in 20 min before closing to open an account but was told I had to open it online despite the girl that I walked in with was able to be seen and opened an account. When I explained I'm a disabled Veteran and I have some questions regarding my pension and this was the only time my schedule allowed me to get there, he told me he couldn't help me, wouldn't answer my question and told me to just open an account online. I get that Wells Fargo in Frisco Co doesn't care about Veterans but maybe you could treat your locals a little better and have a better attitude, I'll be sure to share my experience!
