This was my second home purchase and I have never been so stressed and frustrated with the buying process, as I was working with her. From the beginning, she had no clue of the numbers of my loan, continuously changed them up to 24 hrs prior to closing, NO communication unless I initiated it, and then had the audacity to tell me my emails "irritated her". Who says that to a client??? She was extremely rude and cold through the entire process. I will NEVER refer her nor BOK Financial to anyone! She has no business being a lender let alone working with the public, and if this is the type of lender BOK hires and wants representing their company, than I want nothing to do with them.
