I don’t know the intricacies of a bank but there should be 5 tellers (4 desk and 1 dedicated to the drive through). And 2 floaters roaming and engaging walking with questions. Not knocking them but standing in line for a question is the pits

- MBMichael BernardAug 30, 20251.0Time and time again ive tried to do everything I can to work with this bank. Theres always an issue with my money. They put checks on hold that should not be held. I've got great check cashing history, ive never had issues with other banks. Hell I can go to any other ent and my checks will be cleared. You see the issue is that its my money not theirs. If its confirmed then my money should be available. They also lied on my receipt about my available balance. It said my check was available, thats why I didnt say something at the bank. I got home and they put a hold on my check after I left. They are not honest. They've only created financial hardship for my family and myself. And they do not answer their phones to help anyone. The customer service line even said good luck getting ahold of them. They knew exactly which bank I was talking about. That is sad, very very sad. I just want a bank that cares about me. I want a bank with employees that care about the people they are serving. This in not even close to that. If you bank with ent avoid this branch. I've gotten better help everywhere else I go. But after this we will seriously be considering switching banks because my wife has been very disappointed with their service on her account as well.
