  It is a bank that does not possess bankers apparently. If you come in seeking guidance on say, your home mortgage and escrow, you will be met with blank stares and awkward laughs. They do not know how to point you in the right direction or assist in any manner. Truly quite shocking that an institution that demands hundreds of thousands of dollars of your money over 30 years seems to be wholly incapable of doing literally anything. Even the branch manager herself appears wholly incompetent. What do these people do all day? Wanna loan from here? I highly suggest don’t.

  My place of business does banking at this branch and while I understand the commercial lane doesn’t take first priority over customers who are not on the clock, it should absolutely not take upwards of an hour sitting in my car waiting for my deposits or change orders. I’ve also witnessed who I assume to be a manager, talking incredibly disrespectfully to tellers on more than one occasion.

  Wells Fargo – 3600 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525 My mom gave me her debit card and asked me to run to Wells Fargo for her. She needed two $10 bills—one for my niece and one for my nephew. I withdrew $20 from the ATM and then went inside to break it into two $10 bills, only to be told they couldn’t do it because I don’t personally have an account there. It’s ridiculous that a convenience store could break a $20 bill for me, but the bank I got it from couldn’t. Something as simple as breaking a bill shouldn’t be a problem, yet here it is, and when you consider their history—being accused of opening unauthorized accounts, misapplying payments, and charging unfair fees—it’s hard to understand how they still have customers at all.

  10$ fee to cash a check issued by them! There’s a reason i cancelled all my accounts with them years ago and couldn’t be happier! Try a credit union instead!

  I was recently scammed over the phone and I went into this Wells Fargo branch where my banker, Diamond, treated me so kindly. She went above and beyond to figure out I was actually dealing with something much bigger, identity fraud. She gave me all the paperwork on how to take my next steps and made me feel safe with her on my side. Give that girl a raise! She was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Diamond, for not only making me feel at ease in this terrible situation, but really making me feel human with no judgement for my mistake.
