It seems like some corrupt person got into power and whoever followed his/her corrupt way got promoted. Example would be the newest manager for this branch Jacqueline. She went form unproductive teller to an unproductive banker to NOW a manager. I don't thing she will be any better at her UNPRODUCTIVE management job. I mean you are worried about how our Country is depreciated this is how! By promoting INCOMPETENCE
