- SBStephanie BAug 1, 20241.0The first bank to offer online banking back in the 90s and it seems like it hasn't been updated since. Impossible to do things online as promised. Error messages. Lack of confirmation messages or places to check on status. Actions go into the ether and you just have to pray that something is happening somewhere. I already closed down my Wells Fargo accounts once and I'm about to do it again (after being lured back in by a 0% for 2 years CC). Atrocious user experience.

Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by Cole Langford. After having expressed my frustrations with my wire transfer issues at the other location, Cole walked me through the process in a clear and concise manner. Not only did the wire go through successfully, but I felt more educated about the process. I highly recommend visiting this location with any banking need you have and speaking with Cole.
