- TBTia BJun 18, 20252.0Disappointed is an understatement. Banked with guaranty then independent and now SouthState for the past ten years or so. Called today to see if I could possibly get a fee reversed as a courtesy as I’ve never had one before and it was an honest mistake. The teller let me know they never do that. Needless to say after all this I’m switching banks. Who knows when they will sell again and charge even more for fees and be even more awful to long time customers.

I'm simply dropping off deposits for my work. There is no reason they should need my info along with this the whole staff was rude. I'm not comfortable giving my ssn to a random back i will never use
