It's sad but the problems in the last few months - as I personally am struggling to survive right now have been UNACCEPTABLE! First they lost my IN BRANCH Cash deposit - including charging me overdraft fees! THEN they processed an ACH that I had CANCELLED, AGAIN charging overdraft fees! The last straw was my overdrafting my account by $23 & them continuing fees despite my being out of work with NO income. I tried to reach out 3 separate times to ask for loyalty help. Chat was HORRIBLE (seriously, don't do it!) So I requested a call - that NEVER came. So I called 1 800 Key 2 you and the Agent HUNG UP ON ME. I AM DONE WITH KEY. HORRIBLE
