- BSbabygirl sp8Aug 17, 20251.0David Campbell is Not a 4 or a 3 or even a 2 star advisor. I've been trying to leave him since March (he finally released my last of many "holds" in late July absolutley ridiculous how he held on to my accounts and made it extremely difficult to get my money out!) In fact, he made his assistant do the transfers and that's probablyt why it took so long. I even tried to complain to Edward Jones corporate, Neil Rideout, Client relations, but still, no response from him either. It never felt like my account mattered to him even though he made lots of money from me and my incredible mother. His female workers ( Kira, Rachel, Suzanne were incredible, but left because of work issues. He is NOT a fudicary advisor! He is absolutely a tranactional "advisor". I was charged greatly on the back end when he put my money in more than 5 different Edward Jones accounts! Go to Amerprise or even Fisher Investments. I love my new fudiciary advisor, and she was able to consolidate my accounts so that I'm not paying the fees I did with David. I feel really taken advantage by David and Edward Jones, even though Edward Jones had to settle that huge class action suit. They still are not the agency they should be, and this is why I am taking the time to write this review. I'm finally free to do so!
