Wrongful repossession of my vehicle with no notifications sent indicating any issues with my account. Was previously lied to by a representative that stated ‘paying a loan amount early would not effect me and would not charge again on auto pay due date’ so my account was overdrawn after already paying the loan early. When that payment was reversed, they also reversed all future payments without any notifications. I asked why I never got a notification of an issue with my account I received a blank stare and a ‘ oh yea that’s strange…’ If you buy a car and they tell you the loan is with Bellco, just run and save yourself the problems.

If this isn't FRAUD, it's as close as it gets. I agreed to an auto loan through Bellco via a car dealership. I set up my online account and made my first payment. It somehow became my autopay option, which was weird, but okay. Six months later I started receiving texts that my payments were being reversed. I went to log in to my dashboard, and my login credentials didn't work. I went to a local branch and they told me I had never set up an online account. I explained that I was making payments for the last six months, my real account was being drawn from and my loan amount was showing payments. I was also receiving texts and had the login info card they provided at the beginning, so obvously I had set up an account. All they did was offer to set up a new online account for me. That's not a solution but it was the only option. I made another payment, and it became my autopay method again. I recently set up a new personal account at an actual credit union, and again there is no way to manage autopay with Bellco (because they use all third-party services) so I made a one-time payment with my new account, and of course they also overdrafted my old account to make a double payment on my loan. There is no way to remove an old autopay account that I never set up, because their third-party auto payment system (swivelpay) doesn't show anything at all. FRAUD. I have been on the phone with them again for a couple hours and all they do is blame me for my problem, or suggest I move all my money to the Bellco Membership account. FRAUD. They asked for my online banking password over the phone. FRAUD. They just informed me that the support is also third party. The branches are just unqualified employees that don't even have access to your acounts. They just help you sign on to your online banking in a building that looks like a bank waiting room. This is the most sketchy, cardboard-feeling business front you'll ever walk into. Your money would be safer asking a stranger to hold on to it in a parking lot.

My car loan came to maturity. For the term of the loan I paid by ACH. The final ACH was eight dollars over the amount needed for the last payment to pay off the loan. The total payment was returned to my ACH account. I noticed this 14 days after the maturity date of the loan. I contacted a representative of Bellco and (It took forever) was informed that I needed to come to a Bellco branch to make a final payment, BY CHECK, because my ACH was $8.00 more than the final loan payment?!! This is their policy. I never received ANY communication to this effect, NONE NADDA! So I drove an hour to the nearest branch only to be informed that I had to pay an $15 late fee!! Tell me Bellco spokes person - Instead of sending back my complete payment why wasn't the loan paid in full and the remaining $8.00 amount sent back to me? How come I was never contacted that this had happened or was about to happen?! Are you hurting so bad that you need to swindle a late fee from a long time customer. I own four small business's. If I ever treated a client like this they would never return! They would tell a friend about their experience and they would tell a friend and so on and so on. I must say if this effects my credit score I'll be taking this to the next level. You are messing with peoples lives and there are consequences!! You have my contact information associated with me account. Wait a couple days before you contact me. I have to cool off.

Bellco is great to work with. I’ve been with them for around 20 years and it’s great to finally have a branch in Fort Collins! I visited recently and they were super friendly and helpful.
