- EEEricDec 9, 20255.0I recently experienced quite a bit of fraud on my debit card with Security Service. After my initial claim was denied, I decided to visit the branch to try and get the fraudulent transactions resolved. Lori was incredibly patient with me during the entire process, which is commendable considering how frustrated I was at the time. She ultimately advised me to resubmit my claim with some new evidence I was able to obtain from the source of the fraudulent transactions. With her help, and an additional review of my claim, the funds were finally reimbursed to my account. At the end of the day, I was really impressed by the team members of Security Service. It was widely apparent that any discrepancy with a customer’s account becomes their number one priority.

I had a situation happen in which caused me to need a new debit card. Due the situation I was in I had no physical copies of identification. Instead of sending me a way, Matt was able to find a way to verify me and get me my new debit card. I am very appreciative for both the branch and Matt!
