It’s so frustrating and demeaning when you already don’t have a lot of funds and get charged for not having money on top of that. They absolutely need to change this.

When I went inside to let them know it was broken, I was told that several other people had lost them the same way. I would still have my old card if these people could be bothered to put up a simple "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the damned machine when they knew it was broken!
