- CGCarlos G3 days ago1.0Super unhelpful!! I’ve moved out of state and I still use this account. I have tried to deposit not withdraw money and twice I’ve needed access to my account numbers. I tried to access it via the app and twice the app has not allowed me access. So I call to get the information and both times they were not able to provide me the account holder with my account number. I understand there’s security measure, however your other options leave me without access to my account for hours if not days because it bee. On Friday when I’ve gone in. When u try to ask if I can provide feedback to a manger or different department they tell me « thank you we will let them know ur feedback>. Never have they reach out to me, but I’m sure it I go negative on any of my accounts they will call me non-stop. Your mobîele app is trash ur cs I descent. Dont open an account w them unless u want shitty support and descent service l. Good luck w their app constantly having issues which leaves you w no access to ur funds.
