  I’ve been to this Wells Fargo numerous times basically weekly and I’ve always had really great encounters with all the sweet girls that worked there. I am not a Wells Fargo member, but the checks that I get for my employer are today as I walked in I was somewhat greeted by Francisca, who did not Hold up a small conversation even as I tried to engage in small talk not only was she rude? She told me she could not cash my check because she could not verify over the phone with my boss about the funds however, after I told her that the girl right next to her. Had no problem EVER cashing the check in the past she was determined to push me away Gave me the check back with an attitude. I simply went to another Wells Fargo. They did the same procedures, but the teller at the new Wells Fargo did mention that all Francisca had to do was look at the at the second page to find the correct phone number for my employer, simple as that. Francisca Needs more training On how to deal with people she’s definitely not professional and rude. Maybe it’s the fact. That she weighs 300 pounds, i’m usually not the type to sit here waste my time and write a review about someone but the fact this person works for a huge corporation and it’s just super disrespectful. I had to let her know that the smile she gave me, as she gave me back the check with an attitude would be returned as I leave this review with the smile on my face too.

  Pretty typical Wells Fargo, or bank in general. Slow service, overly nice staff, who are pressured by management to be way over courteous that it's no longer comfortable. I can never get the ATM's to work very well.
